Dessie Pate

 Dessie has several years’ experience in horticulture and works under the project manager to ensure all projects are complete on time and within the budget. She is also responsible for all scheduling of contractors and she oversees the landscaping on the redeveloping side of the business. She has been with LaVanna Properties for almost 3 years and does every task that crosses her desk with the spirit of excellence.
